Background

I’m Australian born and bred.  My background is in television, where I spent 20 years, both in front of and behind the camera.  I produced over 800 videos, and performed over a thousand voiceovers for TV, corporate videos, training programs and TV commercials.  I’ve been narrating audiobooks for five years in Australian, US and British RP accents, with character voices in Australian, BBC British, cockney, general US, Irish, Scottish, Russian and New Zealand accents. My narration of four-book superhero/gamelit series The Weatherblight Saga has over 1000 ratings averaging 4.8 at Audible.com. I also narrate UK historical romance under a pseudonym.

Samples of audio are on the Audio Samples page, and if you’re interested in what goes into producing an audiobook, visit the Narration Services page.

I work direct with authors/rights holders, as well as through traditional publishers, publishing houses and audio production facilities.

I also run popular Audiobook giveaway website AudioFreebies.com which lists over a thousand audiobook giveaways, helping authors and narrators publicise their work and distribute review copies and promotional codes for their audiobooks.

I run two additional websites assisting authors and narrators in audiobook production, where authors can list audiobook auditions and make direct contact with narrators, and a place for over 500 narrators to list their services: NarratorList.com and AussieNarrator.com

Testimonials

“Her Aussie accent gives this story the authenticity of being in the Outback. I loved her voices for the characters; each has its own personality and is easily distinguishable. Her pace is perfect, and she makes this listen full of the emotional drive it is and takes you with Max and Maggie as they grow.”

Patricia, Audible Review at Audible.co.uk

“The narrator used proper voice inflection based upon the emotion and occurrences in the book at that given time. She employs natural pauses that contribute to the story’s description and details. The dialogue presented was conducted in such a fashion that her voice made it possible to produce a visual image. Her performance enhanced the story and created the atmosphere for this audiobook to be enjoyed and appreciated.”
